Dear parents/guardians and members of our community:
Macaulay prioritizes the health and safety of our staff, providers, volunteers, and greater community.
After careful consideration and review, Macaulay has revoked its COVID-19 vaccination policy for all staff, students
and volunteers and COVID-19 vaccination or testing policy for all home child care providers and household members.
This change is effective May 1st, 2023.
All Macaulay policies and procedures adhere to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health,
the Toronto Children’s Services and Toronto Public Health. We continue to monitor the latest health and safety information
and any new regulations and guidelines are incorporated in our policies, procedures and practices to ensure we provide a
safe and healthy environment.
In keeping with our agency values, we encourage everyone to do their part to limit the spread of illness and to help create an
environment that is respectful, courteous and equitable for the children and families in our care as well as our staff and providers.
