Dear Child Care Parents/Guardians:
The Macaulay Child Development Centre is committed to the health, safety and well-being of the families we serve. We hope you are all keeping well and healthy during this challenging time.
We appreciate your patience in terms of our response regarding child care fees while our programs have been closed. Please be informed that Macaulay will not bill you for child care fees effective the first day that your child care program was closed.
What does this mean?
- Group Child Care fees billed from March 16 to 31, 2020 and Home Child Care fees billed from March 17 to 31, 2020 will be credited back to your Macaulay Child Care Account and will be applied to your future child care billings.
- There will be no Child Care billing effective April 1, 2020 until your Child Care program reopens.
- No money will be withdrawn from your bank account and/or credit card for child care fees effective April 01st, 2020
- If your child has withdrawn from Macaulay Child Care Centre, a refund will be returned to you when the office re-opens.
Please contact your Child Care Centre Supervisor or Home Child Care Consultant for any clarification you may require.
We are looking forward to seeing you back at our programs soon. In the meanwhile, please check your emails as there will be more activities/resources posted and more exciting child care programming will be available to your family.
